The leveling trophies are all very easy to achieve and understand. Leveling is done rather quickly in this game. Points to level up can be earned by defeating enemies, collecting prophets, quibblers and potterwatch passwords, or finding deathly hallows symbols. I was able to reach level 20 well before the game ended, and made it to about level 25 or 26 if I recall correctly. This should come naturally during gameplay, especially on Hard mode.

Harry will unlock spells and receive health and spell power increases by leveling up in combat. This will happen naturally through story progression. If you are feeling impatient, levels involving Acromantula will give you a small boost if you stand still and destroy all the spawning spiders. They usually are in waves of 2-3 at a time, with around 5-8 waves. View your current level and XP meter at any time by pausing the game. If you kill most everything you come across, this will easily happen before the last level.
