The hat only has 3 songs. He has one for Year 1, Year 4 and Year 5. After Year 5 is available in the Pensive, go to Dumbledore's office, rotate right 3 times to find The Sorting Hat, select him, then listen to the 3 songs.

While in Dumbledore's Office, use your hand to swipe until you see the Sorting Hat, select him and let him play all three of his songs.
