This achievement is much more forgiving that I would have assumed, as I strayed a lot from the path.
To get this, you're gonna want to keep as close to the middle of the path as you can, as you'll go faster when you do. Randomly, players from another house (usually Slytherin, but I'm not sure who you play when you're in Slytherin) will fly alongside you. Make sure you swing your arms at them! If they're on your left, swing your left arm at them to knock them off course. When I got it, I focused mainly on knocking them out before I got hit and swayed back into the middle when I was finished (as I inevitably drifted from the path).
Eventually, you'll reach the Snitch. Hold your hand out over it and try to grab it as quickly as possible. A meter will show you how close you are to catching it.
If you manage to keep from getting hit, stay relatively close to the path and catch the snitch quickly, you'll unlock this achievement easily. Don't worry, it's way more forgiving than it seems.

Foxxy, kyle
This is a fun, easy minigame where you play as the Seeker on the Quidditch team. You will play through Quidditch trying to catch the snitch to win the game. Just follow the glowing path behind the snitch and punch/kick the Slytherin opponents who get in your way while dodging the games obstacles. Reach out the grab the snitch when you can. Keep replaying this until you achieve all five stars. This is also during year one and will be your fourth minigame.
