Maybe I was just having a bad day, but I play quite a few Kinect games and this mini-game would not read my jumping actions very well. In the end I played the series in my boxers, standing on a solid colored blanket and I had to not only jump, but raise my hands up above my head out to the side of my body to get the game to realize I was jumping.
Needless to say, I won't ever load a You Tube video of how I finished this one. :)

I just had a similar issues. Did perfect throughout the game and then on the third bit where you jump and duck, it just decided to stop recognising jumps and I failed. I had the same problem with the troll too. Kinect is a piece of crap...

This is the first minigame for year 3. All you need to do is duck or jump for the swinging branches part. And for the branching slamming down at you, just dodge left or right. Very easy minigame. You will be scored on health, avoidance, sidestepping.
