Just to confirm, exhibition matches do not count but if you load up co-op tournaments you can still unlock this. Just got it myself doing co-op on the Hogwarts cup.

The trophy is knocked out without any tricks. I simply added one player from the last match to the team and played with him, without adding him either as a WB friend or as a PSN friend. I did this several times because I was often dumped. In the end, I got the trophy by winning 5 matches with different players in the team and not in a row.
