The “The Porskoff Ploy” achievement can be earned playing as the Chaser role, and does not need to be done in an online match.
In order to get this achievement, make sure you are playing as a Chaser by pressing
Down on the D-Pad and selecting Chaser. Once you are controlling a Chaser, get the Quaffle in your possession by pressing 
A to tackle an opposing Chaser to steal it, or by pressing 
LB to call for a pass from one of your friendly Chasers. Alternatively you can swap to the Chaser on your team that has the Quaffle by looking at them and pressing 
Up on the D-Pad.
Once you have the Quaffle, fly towards the opposing goals along with your friendly Chasers. Once you are close to the goals, you can perform a shovel pass to one of your teammates by pressing LB and moving the 
Left Stick in the direction of your teammate you want to pass to. You can tell what direction your teammates are in based on the blue arrow-like icons on your screen.
Once you’ve made the pass, you should assume control of your new Chaser that you passed to. Score a goal by pressing A quickly after this character swap and you should unlock the achievement!
