All you have to do is win a game of original cluedo.

The easiest way to farm this cheevo is to play with a 2nd manual player, Have the 2nd player find all the clues so the identify the suspect. The use you player to identify 2 or less clues.

Cause you used the other player to find out who the culprit is and only have 2 clues yourself, go to the pool area and start a rumour and select all the correct clues that the other player farmed for you.

This will win you the game and also net you the "Clued up" cheevo in the process.
