This achievement can only be done in an original and full version of the game.
Start by taking the college path at the start of the game. If you're lucky with the envelopes mini-game, you can pick three career cards. The doctor career is the one with a $100.000 salary. If you didn't get to pick the doctor's career, you'll get a second chance when you land on the ''Fired'' square (marked as a red post-it with an exclamation point) or when you get the choice to go back to school and pay $50.000 further in the game.
For the house you need the biggest one with a price tag of $800.000 (don't worry, if you don't have enough you automatically take a loan). The house you need will be the second house you buy. The achievement should pop as soon as you continue after purchasing the house.

When you start a game, make sure that you take the College Career path and end up being a Doctor before moving on (You can try to become one later on if you miss by taking the go back to school path). Keep playing and eventually you'll get the option to buy a second house. Finish the mini-game there so that the Mansion is an option for you to buy and then buy it. The trophy will pop right after!
