Per the in-game title description: "Complete the Tutorial." From the Home Menu, choose "Play", then hit left to select the "Tutorial", a fun little track that can't be played any other way (as far as I know).

This is the easiest “Play” trophy to get. Just go to the “Play” menu in the main menu and then go to the “Tutorial”. This will help you learn the ropes of Project Diva f. After you clear the Tutorial the title and trophy will pop.
