I'm looking for more information because this hasn't unlocked for me. My counter has been at 999,999,999 for a while. I've read that this achievement is triggered by dialog with someone, maybe Patrick. Can you confirm this?
I can't find Patrick anywhere, which might be related to incomplete (broken?) Halloween and Christmas quests. [shrug]

I just played for a long time and when I approached Patrick, where the counter was 9,999,999. I talked to him and that’s it, I got the achievement. I didn't complete the Christmas story.
At the moment I have completed the Stories: about the strike, about the coffee competition, about gossip.
