The game doesn’t make it entirely clear what a debuffed kill is. After asking people on TA, Discord and Twitch and tired out a few things suggested to me, I found this the best way to go for this.
What you’ll want is the ‘Infernat Lantern’. This is an Exo that you can equip in the loadout. This Exo lets you shoot out a cluster of fire bugs which will set other renegades on fire if it hits them.
What you’ll want to do is while they are on fire, you need to kill them. This counts as a debuff kill.
Their are other ways you can debuff someone, like stunning them, then killing them but I’m not 100% on that as the achievement has no tracker unfortunately.
Another way to set someone on fire is with the ‘Hot shot’ mod which can be found in chests. This mod sets renegades on fire after a successful amount of hits to them
If you do have a hard time getting this in populated servers. You can change your region to Asia or Middle East. The que times to get into matches takes a while but you will most likely get bots for easy kills.
