Extracting Artifacts is the main point of the game. They come from the locked vault and also from the roaming Caravan's chest after defeating it.
Some things to note:
1. Extracting with multiple artifacts still only count as 1 extraction for this achievement.
2. If playing in Squads, it doesn't matter who on your team looted the artifact.
3. Squads: you'll still get credit if your team extracts while you're dead, so don't disconnect from the game.
