This achievement is very easy to do with a boosting partner.
The easy way of doing it.
Step one: Equip the "Cohort's Kite" Exo Gear (buy to 10k Hawks at grail)
Step two: Find a squads game with your boosting partner.
Step three: Find a trap (Personally found the spinning traps to be better)
Step four: Use the kite on your partner and trigger the trap.
Step five: Wait until the trap stops hitting your partner, heal them and then repeat until you get the achievement.
Note: If you find capacitors and stimulants, take them as it increases the amount of shield and health you can heal per trap. Also using the Maximum Effort booster gives no benefit as you can not heal boosted health.
