Go to your Loadout and equip 3 Relics, 2 Gears, and 4 Boosters.
Relics come from extracting with the final relic, or ones gained by defeating the caravan.
Gears come from buying them from the Grail vendor using the yellow (common) currency.
Boosters are the grindy part. First, you'll need to increase your player level to 16 to unlock all 4 booster slots. Check your player level in the Profile page in the menus.
Then, you'll need to raise your Loyalty to level 4 (do this buy spending yellow currency at the Grail vendor). Finally, buy one of each available booster and equip them in the 4 slots.
Leveling to 16 requires playing, winning, killing, etc. Each level requires 1000 xp per level, starting at zero each level up. In other words, Level 16 = 16,000xp + 15,000xp + 14,000xp, etc.
