Levels 161 to 170 must be completed to get this. For some of the levels, due to the physics, there are techically more than one solution (especially when playing as the rubber duck). In addition, there are cases where Robby or the duck can go back into the toasters if you did not fire them properly, so you have second chances. However, be mindful of the battery charge, boxing gloves, and footballs. Here is an official video walkthrough of the levels done by the developers. See it here:
