This achievement can't technically be missed so long as you're playing through the game. This achievement pertains to levels 31-40. The dynamite shoots Robby up or in any other vertical or horizontal direction, it can also blow things like obstacles and other objects in various directions as well. Please note it can cause things to spin when shot up.
