This achievement will come really quick. You can get a couple of coins in each level by collecting them with your cube. You get more coins every so many levels as a reward from a box, as well as the daily log in. You will get around 100 coins or so from a single reward very early on.

I got the 100 coin reward after completing lvl. 2 (which is still a tutorial lvl. This was my first achievement in the game, took about 1 minute to obtain.
