1: Keep Historical AI turned on, predictability is your friend.
(Don't do Political Effort, there's no point)
2: Start by rushing the Construction Efforts for the Civilian Factories
3:After you've done the Construction , Infrastructure, Armament, and Naval Efforts switch your national focus to "Increase Autonomy)
4: After you have a good amount of Civilian Factories start building Naval Dockyards. Lend Leasing Convoys to the British gives a good amount of Autonomy progress.
5:Make sure you Build forts on the Italian Border as well as a Naval Base to ensure supply (Railroads as well if you have No Step Back)
6: All you have to do is Keep the Italians at bay in Libya, you don't have any other immediate threats
