Location: Act 3
Near the start of Act 3, I think the 2nd room, you will just above and slightly to the right of your start point for the room, see a laser of sorts, with hearts glowing around it. Simply take control of Brainy, collect the protopulse, and shoot it at the energy field surrounding this cannon, and your achievement will unlock. May be missable should you go forward through the level.
