How to unlock the Saved by the bell achievement in HeartZ: Co-Hope Puzzles - Definitive Guide

Location: Act 3
At the very end of Act 3, in the final room. You will see Vince-var-A in a small cage. There are 4 different colour hooks you need to lower, which will then release him from his cage. There are 4 levers you need to use to redirect the protopulse to interact with the relevant coloured nodes. It's really not a difficult puzzle, and you shouldn't have any problems solving it.
Once you free him, achievement will unlock.
