This could be missable if you choose not to perform the required action, but if you're in any way immature, then you'll probably just do it. In the room with the green wall turbine/fan, a robot with a large ? on it will tell you to press both the triggers together whilst controlling Punch. He releases a noxious green cloud as a result. Simply do this next to a Brain or Spittle and a 60g achievement is yours.
