I found a solution to the annoying Zombie that needs to step on the red button switch late in the game (at 24:12). Simply do NOT change back into your Normal Suit before inserting the Equator Virus into the machine to change it into the Centrifugal version (which happens at 23:26 of the video).

Instead, stay in the Ninja Suit all the way up to the point where you insert the Europa Virus into the machine to activate the Zombie (which occurs at the 24:07 mark). After you have activated the Zombie, THEN go back to the Safe Room and switch to your Normal Suit. Now you can return and try to lure the Zombie into stepping on the button. If done in this order, I've found the Zombie tends to step on the green button more readily than when I changed out of the Ninja Suit when the guy in the video does. Actually, his method might require you to go further north into the hallway. You do NOT want to have to go that far; as you see in the video, there are FOUR zombies that will spawn there and unless you have pixel perfect timing, they will corner and kill you nearly every time (requiring a full restart). He got really lucky in the video and was able to escape. After you get the Zombie to hit the button, be sure to run back to the Safe House and switch back to your Ninja Suit immediately. Yes, my method requires extra trips to the Safe Room and may cost you some time, but it's better than having to start all over due to bad RNG.

Changing back into your Normal Suit later also makes that lab area easier in terms of pathing the Zombies away from you so you don't get cornered when trying to navigate. You can also juke them by luring them to one side then walking away in an arch to avoid their attacks. As for that Dynamite Zombie, you'll want to lure it as far away from the explosive spot as possible before igniting it so you have time to grab the Feather Mask before he returns and blocks your path. These two sections were easily the main run killers for me when going for this achievement. But with these tips, it should be far more manageable.

You can actually kill 3 Zombies and still get the Ninja Spirit achievement. So i would assume it works on this one as well. Will edit once i tried... Just tested it as i failed at 22 minutes and then wanted to get the Ninja Spirit anyways, so reloaded and killed a third Zombier before finishing and it still popped.

In short you must not kill more than 3 zombies, finish the game in under 30 minutes and do not die/load game. I was able to work my time down to under 26 minutes. The video solution does a few sections longer and wastes time taking extra steps here and there. In general, it is great for learning dodging strategies.

-It is possible to finish with only 1 kill. The boss does not count nor do steam kills. You will have to have completed the game once in order to do this one.

-Near the start of the game, you have to kill the one zombie for the bathroom key. Some tricky spots that you will probably want to use your other 2 kills are: dynamite/prison cell zombie and zombie near the box you have to push. Both of these can be "baited" or lead away allowing you to proceed normally. I personally killed the prison zombie and one of the two near the green switch.

-The instructions below are assuming that you are familiar with the game, you can manage your own health states as you go and can avoid most attacks. Sometimes it is quicker to take a hit than wait for a zombie to move to a safe place.

-In general, the hardest thing to do is remember to grab the battery and wheel after using them. There is a glitch when stashing the gun while equipped will keep the gun equipped. To undo this, put the gun back in the green inventory space and unequip. Just be sure to unequip before stashing

If you are fast enough, the oder confounder will stay active during your escape.



-The part where you lure the zombie to the switch can be a challenge. Before activating the zombie, try to lure the zombie pair as far as you can to the top+right in the virus research room. When you use the virus for the last time quickly run down, around and back up. This should allow the zombie to be just to the left of the switch; allowing you to not have to go up the hallway.

-The chip/power section allows you to exit through the virus detection room.
