I got this achievement on my first play through. You need to take the battery, the lighter, and the hand wheel with you to the boss room.
First run into the boss room and place the battery in the terminal on the right hand side of the room.
Next lure the boss to the bottom of the room then run to the top of the room and use the hand wheel on gas container there are 2 gas containers so pick 1.
At this point the center of the room is a oil pit and you need to trap the boss in the middle of the room you should only need to trap him once if you shoot him enough before setting him on fire. I found that it take about 30 to 35 bullets before you set him on fire.
To get the boss in the middle agro him then run a real tight circle right in front of him in the middle he will attack you 4 -5 times before he gets tired so be cautious.
As soon as he is in the middle and tired run over to were you put the battery the is a button on the wall hit the button this will trap him in the middle lastly run over to the middle use the lighter on the oil pit and wait for the boss to die achievement unlocked.
