How to unlock the A Minor Incident achievement in Heavenly Bodies - Definitive Guide

In the first level, when you get to the airlock, simply don't close the inner door before opening the outer door. The lever for the outer door should be a nice ominous red when you flip it. If you feel like living dangerously, don't clip yourself in with the tether across the airlock.

Can be completed on the mission "Sunshine". You must not attach the cable to yourself, and do not close the door to the airlock, pull the lever at the door that opens access to space, you will be thrown into outer space. Then you will receive the achievement.

You can just attach the cable, otherwise you will be thrown into space. We hook the cable and simply pull the lever closest to the outer hatch.
