Easily done on the prologue. The game will prompt you to do a QTE to jump off the roof. The reaction time is very generous, but if you do miss it, the game has several other opportunities.

Don't bother to mention that achievements don't pop on this game until the end of the mission. That's not useful info for a goddamn achievement guide or anything.

You should have no problem getting this on the Prologue of the game as there is only one QTE (Quick-Time-Event) in the level. If you miss it, don’t worry about it as there are plenty of missions ahead of you to try it on.
