on Mission 5 where you are in control of the AC-130. Throughout the level you will see targets that are lit up on the map. Use LT to fire rockets and RT to fire your mini-gun. Simply fire your rocket on one group of guys, then look at a different group and fire you mini-gun

I saw a set of three guys running at a standing set of three, timed it to kill all 6 with one rocket and as I shot it off I mowed down some other random dude and it popped
