Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear

See the walkthrough for how to do this. The description says it all: perform 50 total headshots over the course of the game.

You will know it's a headshot when you see "Critical Shot" on the screen after a kill. Also, at the score screen at the end of every level, it will tell you how many headshots you got during that level.
