At the station, when the cut scene where you touch a person and they drop, just walk around in the crowd bumping into as many people as you can.
Pops up when loading next chapter.

A simple trophy, but you need to act very quickly, because after a certain time a cutscene will start. The best way is to go straight and turn right, right again and in a straight line. Just at 50 your screen saver will turn on.

I did everything according to the instructions and counted: 47 can be knocked down when moving + 1 in the first and 3rd in the second screensaver. Conclusion: those shot down in cutscenes also count.
