To get the trophy you need to unlock all 18 endings.

Here is a complete list of actions to get all endings. Do all seven points in order, making the decisions indicated in key places. If you perform the specified actions exactly, the trophy will open after completing the seventh step (be sure to replay all episodes with saving).

To save time during the end credits, it will be faster to exit the game and start it again than to wait until the credits end (all endings will already be saved).

Once you have received the “Perfect Crime”, move on to the second part. Of course, don't start a new story, but choose the specific chapters/episodes listed below. This is a very important detail! You must complete each of the points: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 until the credits roll! For example, point 5. Load the chapter “The House of the Murderer”, do not hack the Shebli laptop and escape through the refrigerator. This does not mean that after getting into the refrigerator, you should go to the main menu and go to point 6. BE SURE to finish the game until the credits, watch all the epilogues and only then move on to the next point. And so every time! Only when the credits begin can you exit the game to save time.

One more addition: You may ask why the DO NOT SAVE option is needed. It is needed in cases where the trophy can be obtained without a chain of events that spans several chapters.
