How to unlock the FBI Investigator achievement in Heavy Rain - Definitive Guide

There are 10 clues, just walk around wearing ARI, tapping R1 regularly, interact with anything that shows up. Make sure you look at the little tent and interact with the hand twice.
2 of the clues are at the top of the slope (just across the rail track by the bridge)

Pops up on loading the next level.

There seems to be a bit of a glitch to this one. I got "Nerd" for finding every clue in the game but this one did not pop. I'm going to go back in through chapter select, now that I've completed the story, and see if I can get it that way.

First we go to inspect the tent with the corpse (four pieces of evidence), follow the tracks (on the tracks + on the fence), then go up (two more). You can leave. If you follow the reverse sequence, then all the evidence will be collected BUT! the trophy will not drop!

I’ll add a hint to Stayer, I went the other way, talking with the right cop, until the moment with coffee, he left, I drank a cup of coffee, walked further in the footsteps of the cops, the smell of a flower, a tent, 3 tracks on the corpse, then followed the footsteps of the maniac to the highway, went down, cat on the rails, the trophy fell out.

The trophy is glitchy, if you did everything and didn’t fall out, don’t worry. Just replay again, but don't forget to select "replay with save"

I had a situation where Norman said that I could leave, although I didn’t seem to have collected pollen from the flower.

In the end, I replayed the game and started collecting evidence from the child’s corpse, a trail (apparently pollen) becomes visible, along which we go and collect the evidence we need, I collected the last ones already at the top, and then the achievement was given

Dropped out the 2nd time, during the second playthrough. Even if Jayden said that everything has been checked, go around the entire territory again, he will even find a dead cat.

Three times I collected all the evidence, and nothing. And then he did this. The trophy is not glitchy. I could be wrong, but the orchid trail there seems to be “double”, divided into two parts: the first begins not far from the shed with the corpse, the second part continues the first and leads straight to the tracks and the fence on which Jeremy’s blood is on.
The first time I didn’t collect the second part of the trace and they didn’t give me the trophy (although Jaden’s phrase was present), the second time I collected both traces I received it.
