When Kramer has a heart attack, go over to his desk, open the drawer and pick up his medicine, then walk over to Kramer and give him the medicine.

After talking with Kramer, he will feel bad and will ask you to give him medicine. Take the pills from the top drawer of your desk.

At the end of the chapter, Kramer will have a seizure and ask us to give him pills. We approach his desk and take out the pills from the drawer, after which we give them to Kramer
