This isnt as hard as you think, all you need to know are the bosses patterns, it might take a few tries beforehand but considering you have already completed mission mode, you should have a good feel for the game and bosses. I could pretty easily do all of the 1st bosses until the second war wrecker, that got me stumped for a while but i found a strategy for it on YouTube in a video uploaded by "DevilMayAsian". The video shows all 19 bosses and the achievement at the end.

I have added the video below if you are stuggling on a specific boss. Kudos to "DevilMayAsian" for the upload.

PS i suggest you save all 3 nukes for the final boss (mission 19), you dont want to get all the way there and fail (like i did.. im not proud, i mean it took me 2 years to get back on the game..) lol. Anyway good luck peeps! =]

This is just the strategies I used, but I hope this helps those of you going for this achievement and having some difficulty. This took me many attempts to get this achievement. First boss I hugged the right of the screen and did mini strafes to dodge or shoot the rockets. Same for the variant version. I just moved to dodge the purple shots. The boat I ignored the turrets and just went for the center, just dodge the purple shots and watched for wandering missiles for both versions. The blimp I stayed in the middle as much as possible and dodged the disk based on which direction the launched from. The base of the blimp is it's week point. It takes extra damage. Same for the variant. Gorilla no biggie. Both versions get right in his face and backup after the first shot explodes move forward on the second and backward again on the third to be in position for his jumps. Rinse repeat. The wrecking ball is a pain in the @$$. Always be on his backswing.Not difficult just frustrating. His variant version you can use the backswing swing method but the rocks may get you. The alternative is he goes to the same side twice. Once all the way, then half way to the middle. If you can get the pattern down to be on the opposite side of the screen during his mid swing and completely move to the opposite side after, he won't give you as much trouble. Just watch for the rocks. The octopus thing was the worst, because he has a shooting pattern, but not a movement pattern. I tried to figure out which side he was starting on and moved to the opposite side of the screen. TAKE OUT THOSE ORBS!!! One hit kills. Once there gone the purple shots aren't too difficult. If he gets too close head to the other side. Most of the time he favored the left side of the screen, but still very erratic, especially in his variant form. Head zeppelin was easy. Focus all fire on the forehead where the muscles come from. The spread will do the rest. Fire ahead of you when dodging under him during the bomb run, or they'll eat you alive. Desert worm. I hugged the left or right depending where he was and just focused on his head. No biggie. The stomper bot took a bit to get his pattern down, especially his variant. Dodge underneath him every bounce until he starts using lasers. You may have to adjust your dodges for the lasers and wait until the second shot to dodge underneath. Commit once you decided to go under, or your done for. The final boss is annoying, but doable. SAVE YOUR NUKES FOR THIS FIGHT. Stay to the right side of the screen and only move when you have to, to dodge the lasers, then go back to the right. For his second form, try to stay underneath him and destroy the nukes he drops. If you don't think you'll destroy it in time, use your nukes. It'll do good damage to the boss as well and end this BS form. His last form he just shoots homing missiles. Keep on your toes and you'll pull through. After that MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED! Hope this helps you guys out. 😀
