How to unlock the Stories From the North achievement in Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice - Definitive Guide

This is the only trophy that is not automatic(story based) you will have activate all 44 lorestone. Alot of the lorestones will help you in solving some puzzles just FYI. As pointed out by oXxMANNYFRE5HxXo, This is a miss able trophy.
With the new update all you have to do is activate them now.

This is miss-able since there is no level select.

You don't have to sit there and listen to them. You only have to activate them. Crazy no one has mentioned this.

Is this achievement still missable? I see there's a chapter selection...

There are 44 Lorestone Locations in Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice. Lorestones are collectibles for the "Stories From the North" trophy. There is a collectible tracker on the Lorestones themselves. You will notice different looking glyphs and a few dots between them. Red glyphs are missing ones and white are collected ones. The dots stand for the different chapters / areas. Each unique area or story part is divided by a dot. The lorestone collectibles are missable. There is no free roam after the story and no chapter select.

Here is a video guide with English commentary!

This achievement is missable.

In Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, there are a total of 44 Lorestones that you will need to collect for this achievement. These collectibles are large standing stones that will typically be found along the main path through each chapter.

Each Lorestone has a glowing red-orange ring around it. Along the ring are a series of letters, followed by a dot; the letters represent each collectible and the dots mark the end of a chapter. The letters will turn white once you focus on the Lorestone. If you miss a Lorestone during your playthrough, its corresponding letter will remain orange. Take note that there is no chapter select; if you miss a Lorestone and complete a chapter, you will need to start a new playthrough (fortunately, already collected Lorestones will carry over into new playthroughs).

As to avoid an additional playthrough solely for collectibles, it's encouraged to follow the video guide below during your initial playthrough, courtesy of PowerPyx and free of any story spoilers, for the location of all 44 Lorestones in the game.
