In Act 3 by follow the train tracks and going to the portal shown in the video, you can get "Freeze!" "Neighbor MD" "Change for gas" "Beeeep!" "No swimming" "Back to school" "No digging achievement" by wandering the city.
Most of the building are white and easy to notice. Walk up to them and achievement will unlock!

I want to apologize for the silly question but i just want to make sure of it.
This is the way the the achievemennts are supposed to unlock?
It is not any kid of exploit- hack thing that couled get my gamertag banned for any reason..

You're welcome!And sorry for the late reply! But, yeah, this is how it's suppose to be unlocked! Hello Neighbor has a ton of random stuff in it and this is just one of them.
