Simply reach level 10 with any of your characters. You level up by earning experience points, and you get experience points by killing enemies. Experience points are divided evenly among characters, but each class has a different threshold between levels, so they don't level up at the same time. When a character earns a new level, it automatically increases some attributes and the character gains a new ability or spell, but there's no customization.

Warning: You could miss this trophy if you don't explore each level thoroughly and kill every monster. The number of enemies in the game is just enough to reach level 10, so you have to kill as many as you can, if not all of them.
