In the character creation screen, when starting a new game, make sure that one of the four characters you pick is a monk. I wouldn't have included a monk in my party if it weren't for this trophy, since they can't use weapons nor spells and are a bit boring to play, but they're very proficient with their fists, so they're capable enough fighters. After killing the last boss and finishing the game with the monk in your party, the trophy will pop.

Warning: If you don't pick a monk in the party creation screen at the start of the game, you will, naturally, not earn this trophy. You cannot switch party classes mid-game.
