Heroes of the Seven Seas

Story related, cannot be missed.

There will be multiple phases to defeat Kristic and 3 different waves of enemies. You are only able to use the Skeletons' Golden Dual Pistols during this fight, so make sure you press to snatch the skeleton's gun at the start of the level. You can shoot the boss, but he only takes damage whenever there's a red targeting circle on his body parts. I recommend shooting him at all times anyway since you can shoot the red targeting circles before they fully appear on the screen. They never change places, so you can also memorize where to shoot at. Last of all, if you are killed during any of the phases, you'll have to redo the entire level again.

Phase 1

• The first wave of enemies will all be an army of undead skeletons. Simply shoot them all with and you can even hold down the button to keep firing without releasing. Avoid getting hit during this wave as these enemies are far too weak. Kill the closest skeletons first before killing the ones who are further away from you.

Phase 2

• The second wave of enemies will be another army of undead skeletons. Simply kill all of them to proceed to the third phase.

Phase 3

• This is the first chance where you're able to hurt Captain Kristic. He will teleport towards you in mid-air ready to strike you with his sword. Shoot at his chest area to stop his attack. He then starts to dash around the ship. Be ready to shoot his right hand which is to your left. After shooting his right hand, he teleports and dashes around the ship again. When he stops, you'll need to shoot his left foot and left hand. I recommend that you shoot his foot first then quickly aim upwards to shoot his hands. Try to do this as quickly as possible since he will most likely hit you if you're too slow with your aiming/reflexes.

Phase 4

• This is where things get harder and you are going to get hit a couple times. Captain Kristic will summon some Death Reapers and you will need to defeat all of them. I recommend that you shoot wildly in the center area where most of the Death Reapers tend to strike you at. Use the quick turns with and to reposition yourself. Try to kill them all with less than or between 4-6 strikes of damage at you. Any more and you might fail here or at the next phases.

Phase 5

• As soon as the final Death Reaper is killed, look at Captain Kristic shoot him in the chest area before he strikes you with his sword. After shooting his chest, turn around behind you because Captain Kristic will now attempt to strike at your back. Facing him will prevent that and when he stops teleporting shoot at his hands. This next attack is tricky, he seems to vanish but he teleports above your right. Don't turn around wildly searching for him or you will get hit or die. When you spot his location, shoot his hands as quickly as possible.

Phase 6

• During this phase, Captain Kristic will summon flaming skeleton skulls to attack you. They all attack you one by one. Shoot each of them as they get closer to you. Try not to miss any of them.

Phase 7

• This is the final phase of the fight and as soon as the final flaming skeleton skull is destroyed. Captain Kristic will leap into the air to strike you with his sword. Shoot his chest first and then shoot his feet. Captain Kristic will do some more teleporting and dashing around the ship. Quickly turn towards the left are or keep your eyes on Captain Kristic until he stops. When he stops, shoot his Head, hands and then feet in that order. Not shooting him in this order will most likely cause you to get hit. After shooting him in those three places, keep watching him teleporting and dashing around the ship and then shoot him in the stomach and right leg. This is the final thing you have to do, after shooting his stomach and right leg. Captain Kristic will do his final teleporting and dashing until he stops point blank in your face ready to strike at you. You need to quickly shoot his head, right hand and then his left feet. I recommend doing it in that order or he might hit you. As soon as the final targeting marker has been destroyed, the trophy will unlock.
