How to unlock the Dive! Dive! Dive! achievement in Heroes Over Europe - Definitive Guide

First, you must have previously played through Phoney War once before to unlock the Tomahawk plane. It has 2x 250 kg bombs. Play the level again like normal. After you destroy the first ME 109 flight, you will be told to follow Cliff throw a valley. You will come across three convoys of ground vehicles. Notice on your screen that there is a little crosshair that moves in front of your plane on the ground.
Your first course of action will be to gain a fair altitude above your target vehicle(s). Try to kiss the bottom of the clouds before you turn a complete 180 degrees and come down on top of your target. Push the throttle all the way forward and click the right stick down to gain maximum speed. When the screen gets shaky and you see white streaks going past, you can hit the left trigger to release a bomb and, once a vehicle is killed by the bomb, you will unlock the achievement.
You CAN die in the dive and still get the achievement, just make sure you got the bomb released.

Play through the campaigns until you unlock a plane with bombs. On the plane selection screen, press 
to check a plane's specs to see if it's carrying bombs. Gain altitude so that you're flying high above your target. Once the target is almost directly below you, dive straight down at full throttle. Line up the reticule with the target on the ground and press 
to drop bombs. If a plane has two different secondary weapons, you may need to toggle them with .
A good place to get this is towards the beginning of mission 9, Party Crashers. You are required to disrupt the Tiergarten parade. The streets are literally lined with tanks here, so it's almost impossible to miss one.
Can be earned at the same time as Bombardier.
