I did this on the mission 'London Burning'. Your second objective will be to destroy 5 Bombers, and you'll have approximately 30 or so to choose from. Shoot at any one of them until they start to smoke, then pilot yourself straight into them and they'll explode and take about a quarter of your health along with them, repeat twice more to do obtain this quite easily.

Destroy three bombers by crashing into them. Make sure to shoot larger bombers a few times to weaken them before ramming. A good place to earn this trophy is towards the beginning of mission 1, Phoney War where you have the slow moving group of Ju 88 A-4 bombers.
This trophy can be earned by ramming any combination of the following planes:
- Ju 88 A-4
- Do 17z
- Me 110 C-4
- He 111 H-16
- German B-17
I, Am, The, Clarkie
I recommend you do this on Rookie or Pilot difficulty. In this game, if your health bar is full or near full, you can crash into an enemy plane and live. Just crash 3 times into a Bomber and you will get the achievement. Note, you must kill the Bomber, so I suggest making the Bomber low on health before you ram/crash into it.
