The Legit Solution - Join a game (Public or Ranked) with four or more players in it (yourself will make player five). Choose a plane that you are able to fly expertly (try for something with high speed, agility, or armor, or any combination of the three). Play the entire game gaining NO kills and NO deaths.
The Boosting Method - Gather four other players (or more). Setup a Public match and invite everyone in. Any map, lowest time limit, five kill limit. Your teams can be setup as such (for five players):
Team 1.....Team 2
....A..................D
....B..................E
....C....................
Player A will kill both players D and E. Players B and C will unlock Spectator as soon as the match ends. Now change your teams:
Team 1.....Team 2
....A............B or C
.B or C...................
....D.......................
....E.......................
Whichever player is on Team 1 (Players B or C) will kill the player on Team 2 five times. This will unlock Spectator for players A, D, and E.

Why do you need to have no deaths?

As I recall, one of the guys in the session that was going for the achievement was shot down and didn't gain the achievement in that match. It could've possibly been a glitch with that player, however I included no deaths because there really is no reason for you to die if you are trying to get no kills as well. If you manage to boost this and find evidence that no deaths is not required, by all means I'll fix the solution and give you credit.

Essentially, you have to be on the winning team in a game that has a total of 5 players or more, but you personally cannot kill anyone.
Create an unranked Team Survivor game for 5 players (3v2). If not everyone needs this trophy adjust the teams so the people needing the trophy are on the same team. When the match starts, have the losing team crash themselves. Every person on the winning team should have just earned Spectator.

Very simple, be on the winning team, but do not have a kill! You can die, but you cannot kill! You must have a minimum of 5 players playing the game.
