How to unlock the Ten Down achievement in Hexic 2 - Definitive Guide

Very easy achievement to boost. can be done rather fast.
All you need is one other person.

There is two ways to boost this,

#1 : Mindlessly playthrough 20 full games. (Would take about 2 hours)

#2 : Simply leave each game to have it count as a win for the other person (Would take about 20 minutes)

I used this solution earlier this afternoon - took 10 minutes for both myself and the other player to get the achievement :)

Took about 15-20 minutes for a session I just did. It seemed like the servers were a bit laggy between games, sometimes it would just sit on the empty board/grid for a while before registering the win/loss. Then another time matchmaking crashed on us with some "arbitration" error and it wouldn't let us select anything on the menu, like our cursors were gone. Ended up having to quit the game and restart it. Overall a pretty quick and easy achievement, though.

It took me 50 ranked wins until I got this... Maybe the latest update fixed a bug which stopped me from unlocking it

Grap a friend and play with him.

1) Host a game and get your friend to join and play.

2) Alternate wins so after 20 games you both get the achievement

Just as the description says, win 10 ranked matches. Best way to do this is with a friend and have him let you win, but if you are good at the game, then you will undoubtedly unlock this achievement rather easily. These do not have to be in succession, so don’t worry if you lose a match or two in between wins. To check and see how many wins you have, after a match check the leaderboards and scroll through until it comes to wins/losses.

This achievement requires you to win 10 Xbox Live Ranked matches.

All you have to do is win 10 Xbox Live Ranked matches, if you are good at this game, you may be able to get this legitimately, but if not, invite a friend, and win all 10 Xbox Live Ranked matches that way.
