Easiest way is to start a local multiplater battle and then just start making combos with your controller get enough combos of each color and the achievement will unlock.

You'll need to charge all 4 colours (red, blue, green and yellow). Each of them need to have all 3 bars filled completely. At the start of the battle (local or XBL), just keep matching random pieces. (preferably at the bottom for cascades, matching additional pieces) Then after a while have a look which pieces still need to charge further and match pieces of those colours. Brown and white pieces come in after a while, you can match those but it's not that much of a use to charge the attacks. Once every colour is full the achievement will pop.

This achievement requires you to fully charge each attack energy well in a single Battle Mode match.

Start up Battle Mode on Beginner. You have to completely fill up each of the attack meters. Don’t use any attacks in the game, and if you get into a bad situation, use your special pieces.
