I got this without completing the very last special level. I couldn’t figure out why I didn’t get the next two achievements because this achievement had popped already, telling me I had completed everything. I then realised I hadn’t done the last special level and after completing it the last two popped

There are three Forbidden Planet special levels that unlock after you've completed puzzle #90 of the basic levels. You can access them by selecting the hexagon icon to the left and between puzzles #88 and #89.
Note: There is a fourth level in this group, accessed by selecting the hexagon marked with an infinity symbol. This level is not necessary for any achievement.
