All the "special" levels are hidden off to the left/right of the normal levels. Look for a non-numbered hexagon in a gap, it will be yellow.
Once you spot one, go to a level near it and press in the direction of the hexagon (left or right). It should turn red when selected. Press A, and an animation will reveal the new levels.
Beat the dotted levels to earn the achievement. This can be done on normal difficulty.

There are three Jungle special levels that unlock after you've completed puzzle #30 of the basic levels. You can access them by selecting the hexagon icon to the right and between puzzles #22 and #23.
Note: There is a fourth level in this group, accessed by selecting the hexagon marked with an infinity symbol. This level is not necessary for any achievement.
