How to unlock the Low budget finish achievement in Hi-Fi RUSH - Definitive Guide

After completing all 40 new challenges, you'll unlock the 'Developers Room,' which contains the new 'Low Budget' costume. Simply change your costume (don't forget to change the guitar and 808 as well) by beating Chapter 12 on any difficulty.

FYI for everyone else: ‘Voices from within’ and ‘It was all for this’ are also unlocked in the room mentioned in this guide. The latter’s unlock condition (i.e the gift basket) you’ll find at the other side of the room from where you spawn.

Make sure the Guitar is set to "Low Budget" alongside Chai's costume and 808's costume. You can unlock the achievement by beating chapter 12 on any difficulty. You can also use any chips.
