How to unlock the My Ultimate Setlist achievement in Hi-Fi RUSH - Definitive Guide
The RHYTHM TOWER is something unlocked after beating the game.
After doing so talk to Korsica and you will see it as an option.
The RHYTHM TOWER is basically a gauntlet/ boss rush to see how many FLOORS (battles) you can beat (60 Total.) It is also the best way to earn GEARS.
For this achievement you will need to beat all 60 FLOORS.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
ADVICE
This can be pretty challenging and takes a while especially the Boss Fights which appear every 10 FLOORS or so.
I believe the best set up for this is using...
SPECIAL ATTACKS
Pick me up!
+
Hibiki!
You can use Pick me up! to heal yourself in and out of battles.
Hibiki! is great for attacking large groups of enemies at once and breaking STUN GAUGES opening the whole floor of enemies to your attacks. Use it when up against multiple large enemies with shields and STUN GAUGES.
CHIPS
I would recommended using basically every PARRY CHIP. Since your resources like HEALTH and BATTERIES are scarce, having them appear more often is really helpful.
PARRY HEALTH - Makes health items appear more often.
PARRY CHARGE - Makes batteries appear more often.
(Also there is a challenge on the Wall of Fame to beat the RHYTHM TOWER without buying any items and this set up helps a lot with that.)

You can also work on all of the achievements that require you to do things like, use certain attacks or kill a number of enemies, by playing the rhythm tower. It's faster than playing the actual game if you have to mop up those achievements

The most basic X combo is pretty good, I spammed it the whole time. Used Pick Me Up, had Hibiki as a 2nd special move but never used it because I didn't know how to switch special moves lmao.
I recommend getting max Charge and max Health before attempting this.

Once you’ve completed Hi-Fi Rush once, and gone back to the apartment, Korsica will mention something and ask you to speak to her. That something that she was hinting at is something called the “Rhythm Tower.” A 60-floor combat tower, that has you fighting against the clock as you try and make your way to the top. It’s basically Hi-Fi Rush’s Bloody Palace (from Devil May Cry). So, in order to get this achievement, just finish it. Simple… well, not simple at all, as it’s probably a good 90 minutes or so of solid fighting - although you can do it in spurts, just don't start a new one and that progress will be saved when you can exit at certain milestones.
Building up time is key to success in the Rhythm Tower, so that means parrying is essential here. So is setting up Chai so that he suits your playstyle perfectly. If you’re all about the S rankings, equip the Rhythm Meter Rush which increases Rhythm Meter rise rate by (10-30). If you're all about the Reverb Gauge, then Parry Charge is great - this can actually help with health too, because if you equip the “Pick Me Up” Special Attack, which heals Chai, you can keep your health topped up.
If you’re parry mad, then try the 3 other parry chips too: Parry Health, Invincible D-Parry and Damage Rebound D-Parry. The latter is perfect for killing two-birds with one stone: getting more time, and more damage dealt.
And finally, partner cooldown chips can be helpful too, as you’re going to want to use your partners as much as you can in the Rhythm Tower, while you fight the clock.
Once you’ve mastered the clock, that should see you through to the end. Working out what works and what doesn’t, and what combos (or Jam Combos!) take up too much time, and aren’t worth the time you get back, that’s the key to the Rhythm Tower.
