After completing the game there are 16 SPECTRA doors to find; however, only the 8 in the levels count for this achievement. These are challenge rooms that you’ll need to complete, your score doesn’t matter. Half of them are hidden in levels, while the other half are found in the SPECTRA Hub that is unlocked for completing the first 8 challenges. With all 16 challenge rooms completed, a final room in the SPECTRA Hub opens. Head inside and complete the secret ending.

I was having trouble with Door 8 so I redid my chips. Made Peppermint stun to chip 3 and recharge to chip 2. Used her for the dumb bird to get it down in about 2 minutes. Then just bullied the green one into a corner for a full 75 seconds, skipping it's final attack phase. Passed at 97% and all S'es because I had a hit combo of 211.

After finishing the game you will be asked to find the SPECTRA signals which are the numbered doors that could not be opened during your first game.
You will have to return to the first 5 levels, then to 7, 8 ,10 and complete the challenges that are presented to you. Once you complete all return to the hideout and after a short conversation with your team the achievement will unlock.
It is not necessary to get rank s just complete them, but if you want to get a good score or have problems with any I recommend this video:

Each one is a challenge room, with a specific challenge designed to test your abilities and patience. These challenges will be like a the floor is lava challenge, or a don’t get hit challenge, or a keep your timing percentage about an 85% challenge.
