On Chorus (fight) 3 of Track 11, wave 1 includes fire-based enemies, including two flame 'gunner' units. I found that killing all but those two units and waiting for them to use their ground-based flamethrower attack (rather than their air version) and then using Korsica's summon ability to 'put out' the fire worked.
Since Korsica deals little to no damage with her ability, it turns into a waiting game for the gunners to use the right move/cooldowns. You will get a 'D' on timing if you try this!
If you turn on the achievement tracker overlay and have the achievement starred, it also updates in real-time.

this can now be farmed in arcade mode, from finishing the story to level 3 of arcade was all it too for me to do Korsica and Macaron's achievements

In chapter 7 you’ll face off with Korsica and eventually end up recruiting her. Once you do, you’ll get access to her wind ability - which can do a few things, but importantly, it can put out fires.
Firstly, that means you can open up those fire-protected doors now and fire up the fan-generators, but also, it means you can put out fires in battle.
As the achievement says, this needs to be done “in battle”, so just put out 50 fires and this (and the “10 fires”) achievement is all yours. There’s plenty of opportunity to do this on the museum level, and via Chapter Select (and multiple playthroughs), so don’t feel pressured to finish this on your first playthrough.
