Upon completing all the grueling challenges for Power Up! Tower Up and BPM Rush you will be able to enter a new hub area that has easter egg text logs from the developers. The game will take you there upon completion of your 40th challenge but you can enter it at anytime by going to the challenge hub in the arcade and pressing Y.
You'll basically have to interact with each of the text logs to get this to unlock and it will do so once you read the last one. This area also contains the coveted
