How to unlock the Well that was a rush! achievement in Hi-Fi RUSH - Definitive Guide

Unlike most games, these achievements do not unlock when you complete the game on higher difficulties. Each one currently requires a full playthrough. Hopefully this will be patched in the future.

and judging by each of the story completed achievement description "and complete every level on the Easy/Normal/Hard/.... difficulty", I don't think there'll ever be a patch to stack those achievements....
I do intent to get this game sometime in the near future though.
